DEPLOYING ADDITIONAL TROOPS FOR SECURITY: CENTER SLAMS NC & PDP

On Monday, 29th July, there was a dispute over the alleged order of the Jammu and Kashmir administration. The order asked to prepare a list of all the mosques in Srinagar.

While an officer of the Railway Protection Force station in Kashmir said in a letter to the employees that the situation will get worse in the valley, hence the four-month ration and seven-day water reserve should be kept.

Dismissing the fears of the PDP and the National Conference, the Center said that they have decided to deploy 10 thousand additional security personnel of Kashmir under the security drill.

THE GOVERNMENT ORDERED TO PREPARE A LIST: RUMOR
A copy of the Srinagar administration’s order went viral on Monday. It is being said that the SSP of Srinagar has ordered the police officers to prepare a list of all the mosques in the city and handed it over to the administration. This strengthened the speculation that the Center is preparing to remove Article 35A, which gives special privileges to the people of Jammu and Kashmir. However, the order to prepare the list of mosques was termed as a rumor by the government adviser Vijay Kumar.

THE CENTER SAID – DEPLOYING ADDITIONAL TROOPS FOR SECURITY
In the Prime Minister’s Office, Minister of State Jitendra Singh said on Monday that the Center is deploying 10 thousand additional forces of security in view to increasing security in the valley. On this, parties like PDP and National Conference are making noise because they are afraid of losing the mandate. They fear that if the situation changes, their domination for 30-40 years will end.

FAROOQ ABDULLAH SHOULD CALL FOR A MEETING: MEHBOOBA
PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti said on Monday that she has urged the National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah to call an all-party meeting to protect the state’s special status.

Mufti tweeted, “Recent developments have caused panic among the people of Jammu and Kashmir. That’s why I have urged Dr. Abdullah Sahib to call an all-party meeting. Needing to answer with solidarity is the need of the hour. We need to unite the people of Kashmir. ”

Farooq Abdullah said on this that he is considering positive suggestions on an all-party meeting.

FULL CITIZENSHIP UNDER ARTICLE 35A
The article 35A, which is being discussed, is a part of Article 370. It gives special rights to the people of Kashmir. Under this article, the Jammu and Kashmir government provides full citizenship to the citizens of the state. No person outside the state can buy any kind of property here. After marrying the woman here, she can not afford her property.
