Internet is filled with videos of animal rescue operations and these clips always manage to warm the hearts of netizens. Often these videos go viral on Twitter.
Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Susanta Nanda took to Twitter recently post one such video. He shared with his followers a clip of a rescue operation of five nilgai in Maharashtra. According to him, the rescue operation took place in the Wardha region.
He shared the clip with the caption, “Five Nilgais (Blue Bull) rescued by the staff of Maharashtra Forest Department. Somewhere in Wardha region.”
In the clip, one can see a nilgai herd stuck inside a deep ditch. The clip begins with two nilgai climbing up a pathway created inside the ditch by the rescuers to help the animals come out easily. After the two nilgai come out, the other three also try to climb out. Whether all three of the animals securely manage to come out was not shown in the clip.
