Rajasthan recorded the highest single-day rise of coronavirus cases with 242 people testing positive for the virus on Sunday.
With 60 cases, Jaipur reported the maximum number of Covid-19 positive cases on Sunday.
Other districts that reported positive coronavirus cases included Jodhpur with 43 cases, Dungarpur with 18 cases, Udaipur with 17 cases, Pali with 14 cases, Churu with 13 cases, Naguar with 11 cases, Rajsamand with 10 cases and Sirohi with 10 cases.
The total number of positive cases of Coronavirus in Rajasthan has reached 5,202. The active number of positive Coronavirus cases in the state is 2016.
So far, 131 Coronavirus patients have died in the state. This includes 5 people whose deaths were reported by the state’s Health Department on Sunday.
2,31,946 samples were received in the state. 5,202 samples were positive in the state, 2,21,764 samples were negative in the state while 4,980 samples were under process.
